All intending participants must complete the application form which includes a 150 words or less statement on Why You Are Proud To Be A Chef. You will also need to submit an original recipe containing a Fonterra Foodservices product. Applicants will be judged on their passion for the Australian and New Zealand foodservice sector, their aspirations and goals and commitment to chefing as exemplified by their statement in the application form.

Judging will be conducted by an expert panel of industry professionals including chefs, educators and representatives from the Australian Culinary Federation and Fonterra Foodservices.
