Major prize
One apprentice chef from the 30 chosen to participate in Proud To Be A Chef 2010 will be awarded the Major Prize of a short-term international internship with a leading chef.
The winner of this prize will be chosen based on aptitude, commitment and dedication shown as demonstrated during his or her participation in the masterclass as well as overall demonstrated passion for the culinary arts articulated in the 150 word statement submitted when initially entering the program.
