A once in a lifetime education opportunity for 30 apprentice chefs, Proud To Be A Chef is an exciting annual cutting edge master class. And each year one of the 30 participants is chosen to receive a fabulous major prize - the 2012 prize is an International Culinary Scholarship to the value of $7,500.
